I would
like to thank you for the energy and creativity you have brought
to my region. The KBI Business
Builder Map of Success gave us solid principles
that have yielded phenomenal results. I would like to share
some of these results with you since we stated 90 days ago.
In my
personal experience, myself with my sales people in the Eastern
Cape applied "the frequency of contact with real value
add" to a large client and within the first week we landed
a R5.6 Million deal.
My recent
performance in the forth month is the best ever, but what
needs emphasis is the fact that my year on year production
increase is 56% through the implementation of the KBI Business
Builder Map of Success process.
My George
team has now for the first time reached their target two months
in a row. In July they performed above target by 181 % and
in August by an incredible 204%
My Port
Elizabeth team has increased their pipeline from R12 ? R15
Million to R40 Million. Plus their referral business now makes
up 80% of their value where before we struggled to get past
20%.
In the
Cape the Small Business Team improved their performance from
R2.5 Million per month to R5 Million per month in only 90
days. The Medium Business Team landed deals to the value of
R29.5 Million and contribute this success to the principles
applied from the Business Builder Map for Success.
The Team
focusing on External Markets is 40% above target and they
say it is because the whole team is living, talking and practicing
the KBI principles daily.
