Acer Avalanche Sales Methodology
I write to thank you for your work in creating and supervising
the roll out of the Acer Avalanche sales methodology. This
was an important part of moving the Acer organization to a
sales driven approach in 2003.
At the end we have a better team, all speaking the same language,
and an 85% increase in sales year on year. I believe it was
also a positive experience for the staff who enjoyed the training
and the consultative approach in tailoring materials to Acer's
requirements
