Template
We at BoE Bank would like to thank you for the effort and
energy you have given to everybody in the implementation of
the Profit Builder Template.
The process flow got real momentum after the presentation
to the head office departments, Finance, Credit, Marketing
and Human Resources. People stop me in the corridors and enthusiastically
talk about sales for the first time and on how we go about
doing things and what they can do to support us.
The commercial offices report great successes (two deals
in Paarl I BellviIIe to the value of RiO million each, a R2
million deal in Sandton plus business account, leads in process
in Pietermartizburg has doubled since last month) since they
implemented the template and are looking forward to the roll
out of The Complete Sales Action System to support them in
this sales drive.
I will be implementing the system within all the head office
departments as well. I have already implemented a frequency
model for Finance to enhance their image and to be more top
of mind in the organisation.
The Complete Sales Action System, Managing Complex Business
Relationships, and the Profit Builder is in the process to
be developed to become part of our Sales Force Automation
(CRM) platform, a product from Pivotal in Canada, to have
an electronic interface with the commercial banker to support
the whole sales process. We will be live nationally by the
end of June2001.
