The VPI is a simple, non-psychometric measure of personal value preferences. This transformational tool was created to be a self-awareness and educational tool.  It is also a fantastic tool for matching mentors and mentees with similar values sets.   It was designed to help users gain a deeper understanding of which values are most important to them and to help them align their goals with those values. The exercises in the indicator have been provided so that participants can systematically examine common values for the purpose of self-learning and group discussion.
